Finding, Interviewing and Testing Candidates
We conduct our searches for candidates through a variety of channels, such as newspapers, the Internet, networking, and personal and professional referrals. All candidates are interviewed in person. During the initial meeting, our candidates will be asked questions about their work history, job responsibilities and other background information pertinent to potential placement. It is our belief that a positive attitude and the ability to continue to learn are key factors to success. After the initial interview, candidates are tested on their software skills. We will not consider any person until they have met all of our expectations
Reference Verification
We check all of our candidate's references thoroughly. If candidates do not provide references they will not be considered for job placement. Strong, reputable references are integral in the recommendation of a new candidate.
